Residence
This
home in Point Loma has a panoramic vista of Lindbergh
Field, the city of San Diego, San Diego Bay, and Tijuana.
It was build on a unique pie-shaped lot with 10ft ceilings
on each floor. It is an "upside down"
house with garage below, bedrooms on first floor and
living room, dining room, kitchen and keeping room on
the top floor to capture the sweeping view of beautiful
San Diego. Cabinets were custom built in kitchen,
keeping room and bar. The cabinets are constructed
of solid cherry.

The
Forchette Residence
This
older home in Del Cerro had a dark kitchen with no real
view to the pool and backyard. The kitchen and
family room was opened up and redesigned with a vaulted
and beamed ceiling, glass wall and sliding doors, with
extensive use of maple cabinetry and paneling and granite
counters and floors.

The
Kankowski Residence
This
was also an older Del Cerro home with separate living
room, dining room, family room, kitchen, nook and entry
hall. Walls were eliminated and the entire area
opened up and extended into part of an exterior deck.
Cabinets are maple, floors are oak and counter tops
are granite.
